County portal
Jämtland County Administrative Board runs the county portal jamtland.se in partnership with Jämtland County Council. The County portal is listed among the links to the right, together with information about Jämtland and Härjedalen.

The municipalities in Jämtland County
The County comprises eight municipalities in the county – Berg, Bräcke, Härjedalen, Krokom, Ragunda, Strömsund, Åre and Östersund. 
 
Jämtland County brochure
 A new Jämtland County brochure was published in 2005, in the same series as the award-winning brochure from 2002. The Jämtland County brochure contains information about some of the County Administrative Board’s areas of operations and can be downloaded here to the right.

Award-winning County brochure
‘Freedom, ingenuity, happiness and closeness’ are four words that describe Jämtland County. These words are also the key words in the chapters in the County brochure published in March of 2002. The brochure describes the good life in Jämtland and Härjedalen with beautiful photos and poetic texts.

Jämtlandic design
The cooperation between Jämtland County Administrative Board (Claes Ahlström) and Regionalt Designcentrum in Jämtland County (Tore Brännlund) resulted in a design brochure, portraying some of the products made in the county. Fishing in Jämtland County
Fishing all year round – in tarns in the highlands, by horseback or using a floating ring to catch the big perch, a landing net to catch whitefish in the darkest of nights, and fishing char on gruesome thin ice. In the brochure “Fishing in Jämtland County” there are some inspiring reports about fishing in the County.
